Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker to join our Dayton, Ohio Forest Park Plaza Branch. This in-office role focuses on proactive sales, deepening customer relationships, and guiding clients to PNC solutions that improve financial wellbeing.

You will engage customers, leverage ecosystem partnerships, and educate clients on technology-enabled banking while maintaining strong risk controls and branch operations. Eligibility for incentive compensation applies.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree required along with related experience or product knowledge.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet and drive revenue.
• Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
• Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Performs branch operations efficiently and adheres to risk and policy requirements.
