Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Bookkeeping, Account Services or Universal Banking preferred.
• 2+ years teller experience.
• 1+ year of customer service and opening of retail bank accounts.

Responsibilities

• Excellent people skills with high energy level and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Pro-active approach to offering digital products to customers and troubleshooting online banking issues.
• Open new accounts and services and prepare necessary documentation.
• Maintain internal controls and gather documentation to identify customers and meet regulatory requirements.
• Consult loan applicants and collect loan applications and financial documentation.
• Assist customers with IRA services and opening of IRAs.
• Promote and cross-sell products and services to customers and participate in community events.
• Assist customer inquiries and requests regarding current accounts.
• Receive and process loan payments and deposits, verify endorsements and issue receipts.
