Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Relationship Banking Representative for its Community Bank, N.A. division to deliver a customer-centric in-branch experience across teller and desk responsibilities.

You will educate customers on products, digital tools, and services while handling transactions and inquiries. Role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to travel for initial training and branch coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel for initial training and branch coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, professional, and personalized customer experiences in-branch.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and educate customers on products and digital tools.
• Assist with balance inquiries, debit card issues, and referrals to specialists as needed.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Coordinate appointments and manage customer wait times to optimize service.
