Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant in Spokane Valley to build strong customer relationships, assess banking needs, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. The role involves loan origination, account openings, branch operations, and contributing to sales campaigns.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of bank policies, with NMLS registration and relevant retail banking experience or training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NMLS registration and background checks required.
• Experience in retail banking or related training for levels 1–4.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through face-to-face meetings and proactive engagement
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs
• Obtain and process customer and account information
• Educate clients about available deposit and loan products and services
• Recommend financial solutions based on customers’ goals and needs
• Originate and close consumer loans
• Open customer accounts
• Open and/or close the branch
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotions at applicable levels
• Work with communities to support customers’ financial growth and success
