Job summary

The role requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Prior teller or cash-handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years of demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be concise and clear.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and handling inquiries, issues, and referrals.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador, delivering relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and long-term financial well-being.
• Identifies client needs and connects them with the appropriate TD partners.
