Job summary

TD in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania seeks a Customer Service/Teller-style role focused on delivering everyday banking and basic consumer account support. You will engage clients, open and maintain basic accounts, and guide customers through TD’s products while ensuring accurate transactions and compliance with risk standards.

As the hospitality ambassador at the branch, you’ll guide traffic, handle inquiries, and refer complex needs to specialists. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience included).
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Able to schedule and prioritize work and work independently within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that build trust from initial engagement.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and wellbeing.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs and deepening opportunities.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Advocates for clients by demonstrating empathy and integrity in all interactions.
