Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Experience can include volunteering, education, military experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization skills and excellent communication.

• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center with a high-touch client experience.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions and builds trust.
