Qualifications

• 1+ years of client-facing experience preferred.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as the hospitality ambassador of the financial center and manage client flow.
• Perform everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate TD partners for solutions.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital tools to enhance convenience.
