Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone), serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences aligned to TD's service strategy.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that build trust from initial engagement and strengthen ongoing relationships.
• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience, save time, and support financial well‑being, while connecting them to specialists as needed to achieve long‑term goals.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs and deepening opportunities.
• Balances client needs with sound judgment, policy adherence, and risk awareness to ensure compliant and responsible outcomes.
• Advocates for clients by demonstrating empathy, integrity, and a long‑term perspective in all interactions.
