Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Offer information on basic bank products and services that benefit the customer and enhance their relationship.
• Provide professional and proactive customer service for inquiries and account issues; assist with new accounts.
• Process basic transactions and other banking operations using technological tools.
• Maintain knowledge of bank processes, systems, and policies; comply with laws and regulations.
• Handle customer requests including checks, debit cards, stop payments, wires, address changes, and loan payments.
• Support branch and lending staff with clerical duties as assigned.
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff.
