Responsibilities

• Acts as hospitality ambassador, delivering relationship-focused service.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital tools to save time and increase wellbeing.
• Schedules appointments for consumer account needs and deepens opportunities.
• Ensures risk awareness and policy adherence in day-to-day operations.
• Escalates non-standard issues per TD guidelines and responds promptly.
