Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients, including volunteering, education, military experience; teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; must complete required training on hire.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and under deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients; guide traffic flow and deliver high-touch client experiences.
• Perform accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and identify client needs.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities; refer to specialists as needed.
• Handle a broad range of client transactions and routine requests within established limits.
• Escalate non-standard issues and ensure compliance with policies and risk controls.
