• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with concise, clear, consistent delivery.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow in-person and on the phone.
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering high-touch client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products, services and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Connects clients to specialists and deepens relationships through referrals.
• Ensures compliant and responsible outcomes by adhering to policies and risk guidelines.
