Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military).
Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

First point of contact for clients, hospitality ambassador of the bank location.
Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships.
Identifies client needs and refers to appropriate partners to help achieve financial objectives.
Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions; recommends suitable options.
Performs a broad range of client transactions within established limits and adheres to policies.
Escalates non-standard issues and ensures risk and regulatory standards are followed.
