Job summary

Qualifications

• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred

• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to complete required training on hire

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, guiding traffic and delivering a high-touch service
• Process accurate everyday banking transactions
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate partners
• Educate clients on products and self-serve options
• Handle standard transactions within financial limits
• Escalate non-standard issues as needed
