Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with welcoming, attentive service and to drive exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients achieve their financial goals within our Consumer & Community Banking division.

You will greet clients, open accounts, educate on Chase Mobile App and online tools, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver seamless service while adhering to policies and regulatory

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, and assist with opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening and asking questions to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and equipment management.
