Job summary

You will guide clients, educate them on products and digital tools, work the front line as a hospitality ambassador, and refer opportunities to specialists as needed. Evening/weekend hours required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of client-facing experience preferred (volunteering, education, or military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients and manage client flow with a high-touch service mindset.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while deepening relationships.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital solutions; refer to specialists as needed.
• Understand basic banking products to evaluate client needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain compliance with policies and risk controls in all activities.
