Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients as hospitality ambassador of the bank location.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships by identifying client needs and referring to partners.
• Educates clients on products and self-serve solutions while recommending solutions to turn routine transactions into meaningful moments.
• Demonstrates knowledge of basic banking products to evaluate and recommend client solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions and multi-step activities within established financial limits.
• Identifies and assesses client problems in straightforward situations using standard procedures and escalates non-standard issues.
