Qualifications

• Internal candidates: Must be a Teller 2 with “Meets Expectations” on previous performance review.
• 1+ years of experience in a sales environment with a solid track record (including cross selling).
• 1+ years of banking or financial services experience.
• 1+ years of cash handling position that involved customer service.
• Great interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide unparalleled customer service during each interaction.
• Partner with other lines of business to refer customers.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and legal guidelines.
• Work with management to bring in new business through relationship-based selling.
• Process routine transactions behind the teller line as needed.
• Handle wires, fraud, debit cards, research, and new accounts requests.
• Meet individual sales and service goals.
• Advise customers on products and services to meet financial needs.
