Job summary

Columbia Bank in Grants Pass, OR seeks an experienced Relationship Banker to build long-term client relationships, provide financial guidance, and identify tailored banking solutions. You will open new deposits, originate consumer loans, and collaborate with internal partners to educate customers on additional services.

The role requires 2+ years in banking/sales, lending experience, and strong knowledge of consumer and business products. Onsite work at 1670 Williams Highway, Grants Pass, OR.

Qualifications

• 2 years banking and/or demonstrated sales experience.
• 2 years developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
• 2 years in a lending function with loan origination and processing.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer and business products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in financial reviews and provide solutions to meet needs.
• Maintain direct contact with clients, delivering outstanding service.
• Open new deposit accounts and originate consumer loans.
• Build and maintain a loan and deposit portfolio, educating customers on internal services.
• Educate customers about Treasury Management and other partner offerings.
