Columbia Bank in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a Relationship Banker to build long-term client relationships, provide financial solutions, and educate customers on digital and traditional banking options. You will open deposits, originate consumer loans, and support local community initiatives.

Requires high school diploma and 2 years banking/sales experience, including lending knowledge. You may act as an MLO with SAFE Act registration for open-end loans.

Qualifications

• 2 years of banking and/or demonstrated sales experience.
• 2 years developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• 2 years in a lending function with loan origination and processing functions.
• Understanding cash flow, financial statements, and market risk.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful, long-term client relationships by providing customized financial solutions.
• Open new deposit accounts and originate consumer loans; manage loan portfolio.
• Educate clients on digital and traditional banking options and assist with online/mobile banking.
• Engage in community events and business development to grow the client base.
