The position involves active community engagement, outbound calls, and assisting clients with online banking tools.

Qualifications

• 2 years of banking and/or demonstrated sales experience.
• 2 years developing current and new client relationships with sales goals and referral sources.
• 2 years in a lending function with loan origination and processing.
• In-depth knowledge of Consumer and Business products and services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in consumer lending and basic business lending skills.
• Ability to understand cash flow, financial statements, and market risk.
• Comfort with technology across online banking, Bill Pay, E-Statements, mobile banking.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and originate consumer loans.
• Originates consumer and some small business loans; build loan and deposit portfolio.
• Educate customers about services offered by internal partners (Treasury Management).
• Perform proactive outbound calls to current and prospective customers.
• Develop a pipeline from branch and outbound business development activities.
• Resolve client issues with digital products and services.
