U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and nurture client relationships across in-person, appointment-based, and digital channels.

You will assess banking needs, educate customers on deposits and loans, and promote digital self-service tools while ensuring accurate processing of transactions. This role emphasizes proactive outreach, collaboration with branch teams, and opening new accounts in line with policies and customer goals.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions.
• Assess banking needs and recommend deposit and loan products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service products and services.
• Develop partnerships with branch staff to serve clients effectively.
• Identify client solutions by listening to needs and engaging with customers.
