Job summary

You will open accounts, foster relationships with individuals and small businesses, and collaborate with branch teams to grow client ownership and overall satisfaction.

You will operate in a client-first, sales-driven environment, supporting in-branch operations, while maintaining compliance and high service standards across daily activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of developing current and new customer relationships; sales-focused.
• Understanding of consumer credit and ability to explain financial options.
• Foundational sales/service techniques: tele-consulting, prospecting, networking.
• Comfort with small business clients and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover financial wellness needs and provide guidance.
• Open personal and business accounts and cross-sell Key products.
• Build partnerships with branch teammates and other lines of business.
• Ensure compliance and proper documentation of client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with Teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
