Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience (required) or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience developing customer relationships and meeting sales goals.
• Basics of consumer credit and credit reports knowledge is required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to educate clients on digital platforms and Key services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a strong client experience and guidance to clients and teammates.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities during conversations and propose tailored solutions.
• Open personal and business accounts (checking, deposits, etc.).
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and other sales lines.
• Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation of interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions when needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
