Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Personal Banker to be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to clients in our communities. You will engage in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance to support financial wellness, in person and by proactive calling, while aiming to attract new clients and deepen relationships.

As a branch team member, you’ll balance sales-driven objectives with high-quality service, ensuring compliance, and leveraging digital tools to enhance the client

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Experience with sales is more important than financial services experience.
• Foundational knowledge of banking products and client advisory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open personal and business accounts (checking, deposits, lending, CDs).
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures; document client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in and occasionally lead in-person morning huddles and day-end debriefs.
