Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Proven ability in client sales and service.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment including NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and sales functions for deposits, credit, and services.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets by expanding and retaining relationships.
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists and conduct consultative conversations.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
