Job summary

KeyBank in Clinton, NY is seeking a Personal Banker to engage clients, uncover banking needs, and guide them toward financial solutions. You will build relationships with individuals and small businesses, expanding assets and referrals through proactive conversations and trusted advice.

As part of the branch team, you will open accounts, support teller activities, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver customized financial wellness strategies while maintaining compliance and service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Notary License preferred.
• Familiarity with consumer credit concepts and banking products.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage personal and small business accounts and deposits.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Provide financial wellness recommendations to clients in person and by phone.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.
• Assist with teller transactions and branch operations as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
