Job summary

KeyBank seeks a Personal Banker at the North East, PA branch to engage clients in meaningful conversations, uncover needs, and guide them toward financial wellness through in-person and proactive calling efforts.

You will open personal and small business accounts, build relationships, collaborate with branch teammates, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional service to clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting).
• Experience collaborating with partners across bank lines to deepen client relationships.
