You will conduct proactive outreach, meet sales goals, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver exceptional service. The role emphasizes compliance, product knowledge, and a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years banking or relevant sales experience.
• NMLS licensing required and ability to obtain state notary license.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop new business and deepen client relationships through promotion of bank products via calls and presentations.
• Provide fast, easy, and personalized service, resolving issues and building lasting relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales, referral, and retention goals through relationship management and sales strategies.
• Identify client financial needs and provide tailored solutions including deposits, digital services, cards, and lending.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels to increase adoption.
