Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet branch targets by identifying customer needs and recommending Regions solutions.
• Make outbound calls to grow existing relationships and acquire new ones.
• Educate customers on consumer and business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Promote Regions digital/mobile offerings to simplify banking for customers.
• Provide excellent customer experience and resolve issues.
• Refer complex needs to internal experts.
• Follow bank policies and manage operational risks.
