Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of developing client relationships and sales experience.
• Understanding of consumer credit incl. loan-to-value and debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions.
• Experience influencing partners and leveraging centers of influence such as Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover financial wellness opportunities in person and by phone.
• Open personal and small business accounts and deposit products.
• Develop branch partnerships to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and document client interactions.
• Support branch operations including teller transactions and daily huddles/debriefs.
• Occasionally work Saturdays as directed by management.
