Qualifications

High school diploma, GED or equivalent business experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in developing client relationships and achieving sales goals is essential.
Strong understanding of consumer credit concepts and financial products is helpful.
Proven ability to build trust and guide clients to appropriate banking solutions within a branch setting.

Responsibilities

Open personal and business accounts and assist with teller transactions as needed.
Develop partnerships with branch teammates and business partners to attract and deepen client relationships.
Maintain compliance with policies and documentation of client interactions.
Support branch operations and participate in morning huddles; occasional Saturday work.
