Job summary

You will manage assigned clients in person and by phone, educate them on Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs, and work within regulatory requirements while pursuing required licenses within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Required licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person or by phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist with banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to our team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
