• High school diploma or equivalent; licenses required or pursued within 180 days of hire.
• Availability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage and grow assigned client relationships in person and by phone.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
