Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering attentive service and building trusted client relationships. You will help clients achieve financial goals through personal banking solutions and leveraging Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATM services.

The role emphasizes welcoming customer experiences, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with branch teammates to provide seamless service across products and channels.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients with clear, polite communication.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic, checking clients in, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, maintaining, and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations such as cash handling with the cash vault/ATM while following bank policies.
