Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted relationships with clients at the branch. You will help clients with opening accounts, everyday banking needs, and using Chase Mobile App and online tools to access services.

You will work with the branch team to ensure smooth operations and compliant service, while representing Chase's hospitality-focused culture and leveraging technology to enhance the client experience.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
