Job summary

Chase is seeking a client-focused associate for a branch role in Indiana. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, and guide them through day-to-day banking needs using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.

You will open accounts, service existing ones, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements. We value teamwork and empathetic service to help clients meet their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Cash handling experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following all policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling with adherence to bank policies.
