Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking an experienced Business Banker to drive growth in the Magic Valley and manage a commercial portfolio from the Twin Falls Eastland branch. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining credit analysis with proactive business development to expand relationships and deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Ideal candidates will have a finance-related degree and 2+ years in commercial lending or credit analysis, with strong communication skills and experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline and 2 years of commercial credit lending or credit analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, cash flow, tax returns and loan structuring.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, including C-suite engagement.
• Proficiency with financial analysis software, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call on prospects, visit sites, and build centers of influence to generate lending and deposit opportunities.
• Grow and manage a portfolio of small-to-midsize business clients; cross-sell treasury, deposits and related services.
• Analyze financial statements and structure loans within risk parameters; monitor covenant compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain sound credit quality across the portfolio.
