Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch in New York to help clients meet financial goals with hospitality and personalized service. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using banking solutions and technology to deliver thoughtful recommendations while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Weekend and some evenings work is required; licensing steps will be provided as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
