You will work in a branch environment, handle basic transactions, and ensure compliance with banking policies. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior client service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and delivering attentive, friendly service.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM interactions, per bank procedures.
