Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch, using a tablet to manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
