JPMorganChase’s Scottsdale branch is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand and deliver hospitality while leveraging advanced banking solutions to help clients meet financial goals. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful solutions based on sound financial knowledge and cross-selling appropriate products and services.

This role requires strong communication and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent service.
• Knowledge of banking products and services to tailor recommendations.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days.
• Compliance with policies and regulatory obligations.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them, in person and over the phone, to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
