Job summary

Arvest Bank in Lawton, OK is seeking a Relationship Banker who will focus on product sales and exceptional customer service, building new relationships and advising clients on financial solutions.

The role supports deposits, loans, and digital services, follows compliance guidelines including BSA/AML, and offers pathways from Level 1 training to leadership opportunities.

You will work Monday–Friday with weekend hours as needed, in a branch environment, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NMLS SAFE Act registration within 30 days.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings with underwriting support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues per established policies.
• Open and process simple to complex deposit accounts and assist with day-to-day banking needs.
