Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial service provider experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through consultative sales with customers.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns following policy.
• Open and process simple to complex deposit accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and guide customers to suitable options.
• Support branch promotions and marketing initiatives.
