Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year in sales, relationship management, or retail banking.
• Ability to build relationships and identify client needs.
• Ability to meet monthly sales goals and activity targets.
• Strong consultative selling, cross-selling, and business development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain NMLS registration after hire.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend banking solutions.
• Open and service consumer deposit accounts.
• Cross-sell products based on client needs.
• Generate referrals to mortgage lending, investments, etc.
• Participate in branch sales campaigns and community events.
• Meet monthly sales goals and maintain accurate records.
• Support branch growth and risk management processes.
• Assist with ITM transactions and digital banking education.
