• Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy with internal and external customers.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as branch focal point for sales, service and referral opportunities to meet branch goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and engage customers through outreach and profile-based planning.
• Perform risk management and ensure compliance with KYC/CIP and audit requirements.
