Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; well-organized with time management and prioritization.
• Demonstrated financial services product knowledge; ability to present options and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Serve as branch focal point for sales, service and referrals to meet branch goals.
• Identify sales opportunities through customer assessments and lead generation.
• Conduct outbound outreach by email or phone to educate on value-added products/services.
• Onboard new customers and maintain customer relationships through proactive outreach.
• Prepare for appointments with pre-call planning and follow-up after meetings.
• Ensure compliance and risk controls per internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Promote the M&T Bank brand and uphold internal control standards.
