Job summary

Academy Bank and Armed Forces Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to build client relationships by understanding financial needs and offering tailored banking solutions. You will open accounts, process transactions, promote bank products, and collaborate with teammates to meet branch goals while preserving a positive client experience.

Responsibilities include educating clients on digital banking, handling various transactions, and ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience required.
• Minimum 6 months sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and service consumer deposit accounts and promote banking products.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels.
• Deliver fast, personalized service and build client relationships.
• Process banking transactions and account maintenance accurately.
• Protect client and bank information per privacy and security rules.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (BSA, OFAC, audits).
• Complete required training and stay current with products and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
