Academy Bank and Armed Forces Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver fast, friendly service, open and manage customer accounts, and promote banking products. You will build relationships with clients, resolve issues, and participate in digital banking education.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication, detail orientation, and sales skills, plus cash handling and NMLS licensing readiness. The role is based in a standard banking center with full benefits and a focus on customer

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• 6 months customer service experience preferred.
• 6 months sales experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain NMLS license and notary license.

• Provides fast, easy, and personal service consistent with client service standards.
• Promotes banking products and services to clients and prospects.
• Achieves sales goals daily, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Develops relationships with business partners to maximize opportunities.
• Opens checking and savings accounts and processes client transactions.
• Educates clients on digital banking platforms and services.
• Refers products to other business lines and services to clients.
